It would not know if an operator is there, but I only intend to use this code when an operator is not running another are helpful you don't know how to start.1. The machine will not change pallets if the pallet is unlocked or not rotated to 0*. There is no operator door on this machine. ![]() IT WILL STOP AFTER PALLET CHANGE UNTIL THE OPERATOR HITS BUTTON AGAIN) After it changes, if you command another M60, it will not change pallets again until you hit the button (or if you had M69 in front of it). On our Makino A88, if you type M69 M60 it will change pallets, even if you didn't push the button. When running 2 pallets, take that code out. I am not looking to disable the button completely. And the guys (me included) often forget to push the button. Right now, when P1 is done, it won't push out the pallet unless the guy pushed the button. Say I only got a job set up on P1, nothing on P2. Just trying to wrap my head around what you are trying to gain is all. What's wrong with pushing the little button? Is there even a door in this position to make sure that opp isn't working on the pallet? Shirley it wouldn't switch pallets if the part change station door is open? You want it to run / re-run ever ending even if an opp isn't there? It would also give me time to read the manuals and learn how to do it, because while I can trace down stuff in the ladder somewhat well, I don't have a damn clue about editing it, I will need time. ![]() Thats why I would rather edit it on a computer. But I did not try this, because the machine is running, making good parts, and I don't have the time to take it down to play. lad file, and when I did, it seemed like I could unlock the rom somehow, and edit it on the machine. The other question I have is, can I edit this ladder on the machine? I downloaded the. I can't find that program on the interwebs. I believe I read that you can read it with Fladder (fapt ladder? whatever) 1, dos based program. ![]() Is there something I can read this ladder with? Found Fanuc Ladder iii, doesn't support PMC-NA. I would add it to where the button (x11.something) turns on internal relays saying the same. Something like #1100=1 means pallet ready to change. I would like to write into the ladder, adding a user macro signal to tell the machine that the pallet is ready to change. PMC-NA.Īt this point, I am almost playing with it. ![]()
